Application
Tell us about yourself with your resume and cover letter (optional), along with any other relevant documents (e.g. portfolio). A brief set of standardized questions round out the application process.

Initial Phone Discussion
If your application seems to be a match, we’ll schedule an initial phone discussion. Here you can expect to discuss your previous work experience, qualifications, and why you’re interested in working at CPABC.

First Round Interview
Following a successful phone discussion, you’ll be invited to the First Interview. At CPABC, interviews are conducted virtually or in-person, depending on the role and the hiring team and candidates’ availability.
Most interviews involve a panel. The interviewers often include a representative from the P&C team, a potential supervisor, and one other decision maker.

Second Round Interview
Some roles require a Second Interview. Depending on the role, this can be an interview with senior management or the specific team you’ll be working with.
When interviewing for a technical or specialized position, we may ask you to complete a skills assessment during a first or second interview or a project or case study afterwards.

References and Background Check
Following a successful final interview, we will ask you for at least three professional references to conduct a reference check. Some roles also require a background check(s).

Job Offer
If you’re the successful candidate, you’ll receive a verbal job offer outlining the salary, benefits, and other employment conditions. The written offer of employment will follow. Once you’ve accepted the offer, the onboarding process begins!
